1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or booking any services with Full Service Cleaning Co. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("you," "your," "Client") agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use our services or website.
2. Use of Our Website & Services
You agree to use this website and our services only for lawful purposes. You may not make fraudulent bookings, use false identity or contact information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or copy, scrape, or misuse our website content or the BookingKoala platform. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or block access to any user who violates these terms.
3. Booking, Payments & Cancellations
Bookings: All bookings are made through our third-party booking platform, BookingKoala. By scheduling a service, you agree to the pricing, service scope, and cancellation policies provided during checkout.
Payments: All payments are securely processed through Stripe via BookingKoala. We do not store your full card details on our servers. You authorize us to charge your card on file for services rendered, including future or recurring cleanings as agreed upon.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee as detailed in your booking confirmation.
4. Client Responsibilities
By booking with us, you agree to provide safe, legal, and sanitary working conditions; secure pets if needed; provide access to water, electricity, and entry into the property; accurately describe the condition of the space; and notify us of hazardous materials or biohazards in the home. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in service refusal and applicable charges.
5. Limitation of Liability
Full Service Cleaning Co. is not liable for pre-existing damage or poorly installed fixtures; lost or missing items unless proven to be caused by our staff; allergic reactions due to cleaning products unless prior notice was given and documented; or damage caused by improperly secured valuables, pets, or unsafe conditions. Our liability, if any, is limited to the total cost of the cleaning service provided.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, logos, images, layout) is the property of Full Service Cleaning Co. or licensed vendors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party providers including BookingKoala (booking engine & customer portal), Stripe (payment processing), OpenPhone (communication), and Meta and Google (advertising & analytics). These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. By using our services, you also agree to theirs where applicable.
8. User Communications
You agree that we may contact you via email, SMS, or phone in relation to your bookings, feedback, promotions, or updates. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time, but transactional communication is required for service.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the new effective date. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kootenai County, Idaho.
