Custom Task Cleaning (Piece Work)

Not every home needs a full top-to-bottom clean. Sometimes you just need help with one or two key areas — that's where our Piece Work Cleaning comes in. This service is designed for customers who want to pay for exactly what they need, nothing more.

When to Use Piece Work

• You've done most of the cleaning yourself, but need help finishing the job
• You're short on time and want just the high-impact areas refreshed
• You're prepping for a move-out or landlord inspection but only need baseboards and floors done
• You're a property manager who needs a few things touched up before showing a unit

What You Can Request

• Floors only, Bathrooms only, or Kitchen only
• Interior window cleaning
• Baseboards only — full perimeter wipe by hand
• Inside fridge or inside oven deep clean
• Inside cabinets/drawers (often used for move-outs)
• Wall and trim spot-cleaning; sliding door glass and track cleaning

How It's Priced

Priced based on your home's square footage and scope of work. Most single-task services range from $50–$100, with a $100 minimum per visit. Requesting three or more tasks automatically bundles your quote with a 10–15% discount. We'll always provide a clear quote before we begin.
